Guys, I want to buy some white cloud mountain minnows to add some beauty to the corner of my house. What does a white cloud mountain minnow need in its tank? Do they like moving water?

On the other hand, does the tank containing the white cloud mountain minnow need a filter? Or does it need a heater?
